Welcome to 126 Fairview Crescent, our Rocky Bay Roost - a simple, peaceful hillside getaway.
The upper level includes the main living spaces: a practical kitchen with a gas hob, a cozy lounge and dining area, a sunny deck, and the master bedroom featuring a king bed. Downstairs is the second bedroom, which has two single beds. The combined bathroom and toilet are also located downstairs.
Set apart from the main house is a spacious cabin with bunk beds and an additional single, which is ideal for kids, teens, or extra guests. Altogether, the property sleeps up to six.
The section is large, private, and full of birdlife, with extensive gardens surrounding the home. You’ll have off-street parking below, followed by a walk up steps and pathways to reach the house. The elevated position gives you beautiful views and a real sense of quiet seclusion. A UV water filtration system provides clean, safe drinking water throughout your stay.
Just a 10-minute stroll down the hill takes you to the Rocky Bay Café, where you can enjoy freshly baked goods and coffee. You’re also right next to the beach, which is perfect for a refreshing swim or a relaxing afternoon with a book. The area is full of scenic bush walks, offering plenty of opportunities to explore the natural surroundings.
The house has its quirks and a bit of painting is still in progress, but everything is clean, tidy, and fully functional, making it an easy and comfortable spot for a relaxed holiday
Rocky Bay Roost is available for holiday letting from the19th of January onward. A peaceful, nature-wrapped spot to slow down and unwind.
